Reserve policy
Early-access members can reserve an item with a 25% deposit. Here's exactly how it works, and what happens if it doesn't.
01
Reserve with a deposit
Early-access members can hold any listed item with a 25% deposit. The item comes off the market the moment your deposit lands.
02
Pay within 72 hours
The remaining 75% is due within 72 hours of reserving. We'll remind you, but the clock is the clock.
03
No rush after that
Once the balance is paid, there is no time limit for pickup or shipping. Paid goods wait for you as long as you need.
If something goes sideways
Purchase not completed
If you don't finish the purchase, your deposit doesn't disappear. It becomes store credit you can use on anything we sell.
[Placeholder: store credit terms to be confirmed — expiry, transferability, refund exceptions.]
Item fails our final check
We check every reserved item once more before it leaves. If it fails that final check, your deposit is refunded in full — no store credit, no arguments.
Who can reserve
